I just found out that aspartame is in almost every type of chewing gum. Did anyone else know this? I have totally been in the dark. If anyone knows of a type of gum that does not contain aspartame, let me know. It's poison people! And yes, you diet-cokeaholics, it's in there too. Put the bottle down, I plead with you! :)

I think Orbitz has xylitol in it, which is another artificial sweetner. Try not to freak out too much about it, my grandmother drinks tea with sweet and low in it, which has sacchrine in it, and she has drank it every day (about 80 glasses per day) and she is 80 and kicking. :)
No worries. I think I've met your husband once and since both of us are friends with the Gretch, I'm sure we'll meet at some stage!
